Shipping Policy
TERMS FOR ONLINE ORDERING AND DELIVERY SERVICES
Delivery to Area / Address:
We currently accept orders for delivery to valid residential and business addresses within the United States only. Please ensure that the address you provide is accurate and complete. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery failure and return of the products. In such cases, we regret that shipping fees are non-refundable; however, this will not affect the refund for the purchased products themselves.
Arrangement for Failure to Receive the Products
If you are unable to receive your order at the scheduled time due to personal reasons, please contact us promptly at support@favstore.com to arrange an alternative delivery. Additional administrative charges may apply, at our discretion, to facilitate a new delivery schedule. If you do not arrange a new delivery date within 2 weeks of the original scheduled delivery, Favstore reserves the right to cancel the order without issuing a refund, as failure to coordinate an alternative delivery is deemed your responsibility.
Delivery Arrangement
Once your order has been successfully placed and payment is completed, our system will proceed with shipping the products to the address you provided, following your selected delivery schedule.
Favstore’s business days are Monday to Friday (U.S. time), excluding U.S. public holidays and their eves. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or during U.S. holidays or their eves will be processed on the next working day.
Note:
- Please ensure the recipient’s phone number and delivery address are accurate to receive timely delivery updates via SMS or phone call.
- All ownership, title, and risk of loss and/or damage to the products are transferred to you once the items leave our warehouse—provided that full and valid payment has been received.
