The Favstore online store provides a “Products Return Shopping Guarantee” (excluding the “Non-Returnable Products” specified below), so you can shop with confidence and satisfaction. Should a product be damaged during delivery, we will arrange for a replacement product to be delivered to you without any additional shipping costs.
After receiving your order, please carefully inspect the products to check whether the items are damaged, incorrect, or missing. If the products are found to be damaged or incorrect, customers are advised to reject the damaged and/or incorrect items directly to the delivery personnel at the time of receipt. Please also ensure that you retain your order confirmation email for reference and record-keeping purposes.
Non-Returnable Products – Refunds or exchange services are not applicable to the following situations or products:
- Product packaging is not intact (for example, the packaging tape or box is torn off) due to reasons not caused by the customer.
- Products that are damaged, incomplete, opened, or have been used.
- Complimentary gifts or trial items.
- Products for which the customer does not have a corresponding order record.
Before processing any exchange or refund, we will conduct an inspection and verification of the returned products. If the products do not meet the return or refund conditions specified in this policy, we will not provide a refund or exchange (including any loyalty points or discounts used in the purchase), and the products will be returned to you by Favstore.
Products that can be exchanged / returned
If the products delivered to you are incorrect, damaged, missing, or defective, we will gladly arrange for an exchange or refund. Please submit your exchange or refund request within 7 working days from the date of receipt. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. If the item to be exchanged is out of stock, we will refund the value of the product to the original payment method used during checkout.
Replacement / refund process
Please send us a clear photo showing the issue with the product, along with your order number and item number, to support@favstore.com to apply for a return. Please include “Favstore Online Store” in the subject line of the email to help ensure smooth processing.
Once we verify that your return request meets our return policy criteria, you will receive a confirmation email from us outlining the return process. Kindly include a copy of this confirmation email along with the returned product. After we successfully receive and verify your returned product, we will initiate the refund process in our system. In general, the refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment account within 14 working days.
Note: If the product you are returning includes promotional gifts or items from special offers (such as buy-one-get-one promotions), please ensure that these items are also returned with the main product. Failure to return the promotional or bonus items will result in the refund being denied.
In cases involving the interpretation of this Refund Policy, eligibility for product exchange or refund, or any disputes between the customer and the Favstore Online Store regarding this policy, Favstore reserves the right to make the final decision.
