Each bottle of Apple cider vinegar contains 60 capsules, take 1 per day.

If using for weight management take 1 capsule with a meal. Else take it anytime of the day.

What do the capsules contain?
These gelatin capsules are made of Apple cider vinegar, including the Mother, which has been powdered and concentrated.  Each capsule provides 500mg the equivalent of 2 teaspoons of liquid vinegar. Thanks to modern technology we no longer need to drink vinegar.
